We may provide a refund, exchange, or store credit for faulty items, provided the request is made within 30 days of receiving your order but only at our discretion and in alignment with Australian consumer law.
Refunds are not available for sizing errors. If you’ve chosen the wrong size, please contact our team via our contact page to discuss. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We endeavor to provide all the sizing information for you to choose correctly, so please ensure you read the charts and guides carefully.
Sale Items
Sale purchases are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on discounted items due to change of mind or sizing issues. Please choose carefully when shopping our sale collection.
Pre-Sale Items
Pre-sale items will not be refunded due to change of mind. MOG Cartel reserves the right to make changes, cancel, make variations or amendments without notice to any order. If the Pre-sale requires full payments on purchase, this is because hand print and make to order and outlay stock costs to meet demand.
